Along the way, I have led several successful business turnarounds and facilitated hundreds of coaching sessions with dozens of teams, drawing from a wide range of business improvement tools and philosophies.Since 2018, I have experienced a Growth Operating System from both sides: first as a business leader implementing and running the system with the guidance of a coach, and now as a coach helping other leaders do the same.
